House Rules

Some basic rules to ensure the quality and enjoyment of the dance courses for everyone involved, including both students and instructors.

We are strongly committed to delivering a positive environment for everyone involved, and would like to think that these classes not only teach you to dance, but also provide a healthy boost of endorphins, being the highlight of the week for most of us! To help bring everyone on the same page, and provide a comfortable and enjoyable environment, we've put together a few basic points to keep in mind.

  1. Remain respectful towards everyone, including both, your fellow students and your instructors.
  2. We have a strict no judgement policy - classes are a safe enjoyable space for everyone.
  3. Please maintain a positive attitude in class, not to take away from the fun and relaxed environment we strive to create for our students.
  4. Please do not film in classes. Phones and camera should be put away while in class, and no filming by students will be allowed on site.
  5. We do not allow watching of the classes, by anyone who is not in the class, beyond the first 10 minutes. Comfort of our students is our first priority, and this has the potential of disrupting this comfort.
  6. All payments for the classes need to be completed before the class starts, so please arrive early if you need to make a payment.
  7. There are no refunds or credits for any of the classes missed, so to get the most value, please, ensure when you register that you can attend most of the classes. We tend to review material from the previous week before getting to the new material, so there's some opportunity to see what was covered if you missed a week.
  8. Courses are not transferable once they start (i.e. another person cannot take the original person's place) - see our refunds policy. You may transfer your registration to another person if you contact us at least one day before the course start date.
  9. For any issues that you feel need our attention, please contact us outside of the class, as we are unlikely to have the capacity to deal with them there

Thank you for reading and acknowledging! We look forward to seeing you in our classes soon.
